We offer a 30-day return window. You may submit a return request within 30 days upon receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be kept in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and intact packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label together with detailed shipping guidelines. Please note that we do not accept unsolicited returns without prior request.

Damages & Order Issues
Kindly inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us right away so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
Customized & personalized products
Personal care and beauty items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
Sale merchandise and gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned. Should you have any doubts about your item, please contact our customer service team.
Exchanges
For a quicker solution, we recommend returning your original item first. After your return is confirmed, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, with no explanation required. Items must comply with the same return standards: unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, plus valid proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will review your returned items after receipt and notify you of the refund approval result. If approved, funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time from your bank or card issuer.
